Meet Dr. Reema, owner and aesthetic provider at Aura Health & Spa. Her mission is to create a welcoming space where clients feel confident, cared for, and truly seen.
Originally from Windsor, Ontario and raised in Troy, Michigan, Dr. Reema stayed close to home for her education, earning both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Wayne State University. She then moved to Chicago to complete her Emergency Medicine residency. After several impactful years in the ER, she returned to Michigan to be closer to family and continued her medical practice.
In 2022, Dr. Reema followed a growing passion for aesthetics, taking a leap that led to the creation of Aura Health & Spa. What began as a small venture has since become her full-time calling. While she still works occasional ER shifts at Trinity Livonia, her primary focus is helping clients feel like the best version of themselves.
This journey has brought her immense joy and a better work-life balance with her husband, their three children, and their goldendoodle, Buster. Though this path was unexpected, she’s deeply grateful it brought her here—and she looks forward to being part of each client’s journey.

Xhesjana started in the beauty industry in 2020 and earned her esthetician license in 2022 before discovering her passion for Healthcare Administration. Born in Albania and raised in the U.S., she brings dedication and adaptability to her role at Aura Health & Spa. She's passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel genuinely cared for.
Rebecca Rogers

Rebecca studied Fashion Merchandising in New York City before spending nearly a decade in South Florida working in real estate, finance, and as a nanny—including caring for Dr. Reema’s children before Aura existed. After returning to Michigan and raising her own child, she joined Aura’s front desk team, bringing warmth and energy to every client interaction while helping create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

Farah is a licensed esthetician who brings a unique background in social work to her practice. With a Master's in Social Work and nonprofit experience, she takes a client-centered approach, meeting each person where they are in their skincare journey. Having treated hundreds of clients across various clinics, Farah creates personalized treatment plans with genuine care and attention to each client's individual needs.
