Are cosmetic injectables and advanced treatments safe?
Yes, all our treatments are performed by licensed professionals using FDA-approved products and medical-grade equipment. We follow strict safety protocols and will discuss any potential side effects during your consultation.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for spa services and 2-3 weeks for injectable treatments. However, we often have same-week availability, so don't hesitate to call if you need an appointment sooner.
Do you offer consultations for cosmetic treatments?
Absolutely! We provide consultations for all cosmetic and advanced treatments. This allows us to understand your goals and recommend the best treatment options for your individual needs.
Why Do You Require a Deposit for Consultations?
To secure your dedicated, personalized consultation time with our provider, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. The deposit may be used on the day of your consultation towards any services or products, or if you pre-book your first service on the day of your consultation, the full $100 is applied as your deposit and credit towards future service. If you choose not to move forward with a treatment or pre-book any service, the deposit is retained by the spa to cover the provider’s time and expertise used during the consultation.
What about Cancellations?
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice to move the deposit to a new appointment date. Failure to provide 48 hours notice or a no-show will result in the loss of the deposit and require a new deposit to book any future appointment.
