Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. Please remember we are just a text/call away at 734-245-9990.
To ensure we can best serve all our clients efficiently, we’ve updated our cancellation policy, effective immediately.
Deposits
ALL appointments going forward will require a deposit, unless a treatment voucher for the service is associated with your account.
All deposits are nonrefundable but kept as an account credit.
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling within 48 hours or No Show
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment or not showing up to your scheduled appointment will result in loss of your deposit. If no deposit has been placed, we reserve the right to charge your card on file $100. In the event of any of the above, we also reserve the right to revoke any vouchers or promotions associated with the appointment.
Confirmations
To ensure we can serve our clients as efficiently as possible, we attempt to confirm all of our appointments within a few days of your appointment, via phone call or text. Failure to respond to these confirmation requests may result in forfeiture of your scheduled appointment time.
